Refund policy

Effective: effective date, set at launch

What this policy covers

This policy covers the paid parts of Epoxy Business School: The Epoxy Playbook membership, the consultation call and hands-on classes. The free tools and guides cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. The terms that apply to a purchase are also shown before you pay, and the version shown when you paid is the one that applies to that purchase.

Hands-on classes

Payment plans and financing

Hands-on classes will be offered with payment plans or third-party financing. If you financed a class through a third-party lender, the loan is between you and the lender, and refunds are handled under the lender's terms. Owner: confirm once the payment plan and the financing provider are chosen More on the tuition and financing page.

How to ask for a refund

Send a message from the contact page with the name and mobile number you used, what you bought and when. Owner: how long refunds take to process, and how they're paid back (to the original card)

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Purchases made before a change follow the terms shown when you paid.
