The program
The Epoxy Business School text message program is run by Epoxy Business School (Owner: legal business name and state of formation), which operates epoxybusinessschool.com.
How you opt in
You join by entering your mobile number in a form on epoxybusinessschool.com, such as the startup cost calculator, the class waitlist, the course founding list, a consultation request or the contact form, and ticking the consent box next to this wording:

What we send
- What you asked for: your startup cost estimate, a text when a hands-on class opens in your state, a text when The Epoxy Playbook opens for enrollment, scheduling and reminders for a consultation you requested, and replies to your messages.
- Marketing messages, with your consent: news about our classes, online course and tools.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. We don't send marketing texts late at night or early in the morning in your time zone.

Message frequency varies with what you signed up for and what's happening in your state.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Epoxy Business School doesn't charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out, and then no more texts from this program unless you opt in again. We also honor common opt-out words such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You can also ask us to stop through the contact page.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can join
The program is for people 18 and older with a US mobile number.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
